Beyond Publisher

One place to run the marketing for every business you have, with no cap on the posts you schedule, the companies you add, the profiles you connect, or the people you let in. It publishes to Facebook Pages and the Instagram accounts linked to them. A person approves each post, and each one is checked on the profile afterwards.

A month of posts across three businesses, scheduled and approved in Beyond Publisher.
Where this stands

Everything in the catalogue is still in development. You can read what each application does, what it needs, and what it cannot do yet. Nothing here is open to download or buy. Leave your email and you will hear from us the day that changes, once and about that only.

Why we built it

We schedule marketing for our own companies and for clients, and every tool we tried had the same hole in it. It would tell you a post was published, and the post would not be there.

  • Success reported for a post that existed nowhere a customer could see it.
  • A retry after a timeout quietly putting the same thing out twice.
  • Letting someone manage one page meant handing over the whole account.
  • No way to answer, a month later, which posts had actually gone out.

So the rule here is narrow and it does not bend: a post counts as published only once it has been found on the profile it was meant for.

What it does

Posts that are on the page, not just reported as sent.

A person approves every post Nothing reaches a page because a clock said so. A post is written, then approved by someone, then sent. There is no setting that removes that step, because the version that had one was taken out.
Published means found After sending, it goes back and looks for the post on the profile it was meant for. If it is not there, it is not marked published, and you are told which part failed.
One page, not the keys to everything You name the exact pages and accounts it may touch. Anything outside that list is refused before a request leaves, so a client can hand over one page without handing over their account.
It will not post twice When a send times out, the honest answer is that nobody yet knows whether it worked. It writes down the attempt first, then settles it against what is really on the page, rather than retrying and hoping.
None of it is a pricing tier Schedule as far ahead as you like. Add every company you run, every profile you manage, and every person who needs to see the calendar. None of those are counted, capped, or turned into a reason to move you up a plan.
Your assistant can drive it It runs a connector server of its own, so an assistant you already use can read your profiles, draft a post and put it in the queue without anyone opening the application. It still cannot publish: approval stays with a person.
Approve from your phone The same plan and the same approvals at the desk and on an Android phone, so a post waiting on you is not waiting until you are back at a computer.
Known limit

Still being built. Running our own companies and a small number of clients.

Known limit

Facebook and Instagram today. Google Business Profile is written and waiting on Google to grant access.

Known limit

Instagram covers accounts you administer. Publishing to a client Instagram account needs Meta to approve the application for it first.

We list these because you will find them anyway. A limitation you learn about after paying is a defect in how we sold it to you.
