Terms of service

Plain-language summary first, because a page nobody reads protects nobody.

The short version

• You may install and use the software on the number of machines your licence allows.
• You may not resell, rent out or pass on copies of our software.
• A licence you bought outright stays valid for the version you bought, permanently.
• We may cancel a licence obtained fraudulently, or one whose payment was reversed. Nothing else.
• The software is provided without warranty. We are a small studio, not an insurer.

The complete terms are published before the first sale. We are not asking anyone to agree to anything today, so there is nothing here to bind you.
