Roadmap
What is shipped, what is close, and what has not started
The honest version. An application only moves a column when the work behind it is actually done, and platform work is listed beside product work because it is what gates the product.

Platform
The work beneath the applications
None of the applications reach you without this. It sits on the same roadmap because it is the same commitment.
Code-signing certificate
Blocking everything. A publicly-trusted certificate with the key on a hardware token or cloud HSM. Until this lands, nothing ships. A build that Windows warns you about is not a release.
Accounts and licensing
Designed. Offline-verifiable licences, self-service seat management, revocation. The application must open with no network. That constraint is fixed.
Large-file delivery
Designed. Resumable, ranged downloads for multi-gigabyte releases, with delta patches so a point release is not a full re-download.
Signed update channels
Designed. Stable, beta and canary channels with staged rollout and rollback. Manifests signed offline and verified by the client before any byte is fetched.
