Beyond Clipboard

Save the addresses, signatures and replies you type over and over. Right-click, choose Beyond Clipboard, and click the text you want: it is pasted where you were typing. Your saved texts stay encrypted on your own PC.

Where this stands

Everything in the catalogue is still in development. You can read what each application does, what it needs, and what it cannot do yet. Nothing here is open to download or buy. Leave your email and you will hear from us the day that changes, once and about that only.

Why we built it

We wanted the text we type again and again to sit right where we already reach for Paste, in whatever program we happen to be in.

  • Opening a separate window to hunt for a snippet breaks your flow.
  • A password every time is one step too many for an address or a signature.
  • What we save is private, so it should never leave the PC.

So it lives in the right-click menu. Pick the text, and it lands in the field you were typing in.

What it does

The text you type every day, one click away.

Right in the Windows right-click menu Right-click, choose Beyond Clipboard, and your saved texts open as a menu of their own. Click one and it is pasted where you were typing.
A shortcut for everything else Some windows do not show the Windows right-click menu. For those, Ctrl + Alt + B opens the same list at your cursor.
Organized your way Name each text, file it under a category, star favorites so they sit at the top, and search across all of it. Import existing text files in one go.
Encrypted on your PC Your library is encrypted for your Windows account and kept only on your computer. No account, no cloud sync, nothing uploaded. Encrypted backup and restore are built in.
Kept out of clipboard history Text that passes through the clipboard stays out of Windows clipboard history and cloud sync, and is cleared again after 30 seconds.

  • 14 of 14 live paste tests across Notepad, VS Code, Windows Terminal, ONLYOFFICE, Chrome and Edge
  • Install, update and uninstall checked end to end, with saved texts kept
  • Handles 10,000 saved texts
Known limit

Text only for now. Images, then video, then audio notes are next, in that order.

Known limit

Programs running as administrator can refuse the paste. Copy is there for those.

We list these because you will find them anyway. A limitation you learn about after paying is a defect in how we sold it to you.
