More of the workshop
Meet our web apps, new development projects and small desktop tools. Each entry explains the problem, our approach and a practical use case.
Reviewed October 27, 2026. A live web page, a private prototype and an application you can download are different stages. Access and release limits are stated with each project.
Web apps and projects
Beyond QRLive web app
Published web editor. No desktop or Android download is offered.
Web
- Why it exists
- A branded QR needs to look like your business and still scan correctly.
- How it helps
- Combine company artwork with a QR design, adjust crops and motion, and check the encoded frames before exporting printable PNG and animated GIF versions.
- Example
- Make a branded review QR for a printed card and its animated social version.
Design LabLive web app
The web studio is published. Generated downloads and checkout are not open.
Web
- Why it exists
- A flat logo does not show how a brand could move or look in a 3D scene.
- How it helps
- Use a private brand workspace to upload a logo and explore 3D treatments, animations and background effects.
- Example
- Try a rotating logo treatment before choosing the final brand presentation.
Beyond OPS DashboardLive web app
The web dashboard is published. The full Books, CRM and operations integration is still in development.
Web, Android companion in development
- Why it exists
- Work scattered across accounting, customer records and operations makes follow-up difficult.
- How it helps
- Bring authorized business activity into a per-user dashboard while the connected workflows are developed and verified.
- Example
- Review a business item with its original context and follow its operational status.
Beyond GENPrivate preview
A local preview is built. Public access is not open, and video quality is still being developed.
Windows, Web, Android in development
- Why it exists
- Making images and videos with local models can mean juggling separate tools, reference files and generation steps.
- How it helps
- An owned app and generation engine coordinate local media workflows and let compatible tools request the same work.
- Example
- Prepare an image edit from approved reference artwork using a local graphics card.
Beyond EtsyIn development
Private cloud development. The complete marketplace business workflow has not passed acceptance.
Cloud service
- Why it exists
- Marketplace research, product creation and fulfillment need consistent records and separate approval steps.
- How it helps
- Cloud workflows track research sources, product attempts and seller readiness while keeping review and production decisions separate.
- Example
- Research an opportunity and prepare a product concept for review before listing it.
Beyond Answering AssistantIn development
A private preview is being tested. It is not an activated production telephone service.
Telephone integration, Cloud service
- Why it exists
- A missed call can leave a business without the details needed to return it.
- How it helps
- The developing assistant uses approved business knowledge to collect a caller request and prepare an owner notification.
- Example
- Capture an after-hours callback request with the service the caller needs.
Beyond IDPaused
A Windows prototype is built. Work is paused and integration into other apps has not begun.
Windows
- Why it exists
- Desktop applications need a consistent way to request local authentication.
- How it helps
- The prototype explores local sign-in methods, protected credential storage and identity connections for owned apps.
- Example
- A future desktop app could request a local identity check instead of copying a password.
Beyond AI StudioPaused
Development is paused. A complete working model studio has not been accepted.
Web, Local services
- Why it exists
- Model experiments become difficult to manage when their setup and evaluation are spread across tools.
- How it helps
- The project brings a visual workspace together with model-workflow and evaluation services.
- Example
- Prepare a model evaluation workflow and review its result in one workspace.
Regulator 2.0Private preview
A local terminal runtime is built and has undergone bounded testing. No public release is offered.
Windows terminal
- Why it exists
- A local coding assistant needs real command results and a way to recover when its conversation grows too large.
- How it helps
- The terminal agent combines selected local inference, file and command tools, context handling and documentation retrieval.
- Example
- Inspect a test repository, make a bounded code change and read the resulting test output.
Real AgentIn development
Early source and test workflows exist. Complete operation with real accounts and devices is not verified.
Windows, Android integration in development
- Why it exists
- Personal tasks need clear execution steps and control over final actions.
- How it helps
- A command router prepares supported browser, email and device workflows while keeping the final action subject to approval.
- Example
- Prepare an order for review before a person authorizes the purchase.
Beyond CrawlerInternal tool
An internal website evidence tool. No public app download is offered.
Windows, Browser automation
- Why it exists
- A website rebuild needs reliable evidence of the original pages, assets and behavior.
- How it helps
- Capture website resources and page evidence for later inspection, offline replay and comparison.
- Example
- Archive an authorized client site before rebuilding it and compare the mobile layouts.
Beyond GuardrailsInternal tool
Installed internal agent tooling. It is not a consumer app release.
Windows developer tools
- Why it exists
- An agent can stop before its approved task is actually complete.
- How it helps
- Per-session checks compare the active request with the agent’s completion state and direct it back to unfinished work.
- Example
- Keep an approved development task progressing until its requested outcome has been checked.
Beyond Web PlatformInternal tool
Shared tools used by separately owned websites. There is no standalone customer app.
Web services, Windows developer tools
- Why it exists
- Several websites need reusable publishing and enquiry tools without mixing their ownership or data.
- How it helps
- Registered website workspaces share bounded export, release and form-delivery tools.
- Example
- Publish approved website assets while preserving the site’s existing application service.
AI Runtime HarnessInternal tool
An owned integration and compatibility catalogue for third-party coding clients.
Windows developer tools
- Why it exists
- Many installed coding clients make their configuration and local-model compatibility hard to compare.
- How it helps
- The integration records native client settings, source locations and observed compatibility without claiming ownership of the clients.
- Example
- Choose a compatible coding workflow and find the client’s actual settings.
Local AI Workstation IntegrationInternal tool
An owned integration around an upstream local inference engine. No separate public app release is offered.
Windows, Local web interface
- Why it exists
- Local models and coding clients need consistent discovery, protocol support and memory limits.
- How it helps
- The integration coordinates installed models, native tool access and idle unloading through one local inference service.
- Example
- Select an installed model and use its compatible file and command tools in an authorized project.
Beyond Agent 2.0Planned
A research concept and specification. No reviewed working application is built.
Windows planned, Web planned, Android planned
- Why it exists
- Remote workstation actions need a clear connection between the request and the owner’s authorization.
- How it helps
- The proposed design explores phone or browser control of a workstation with explicit identity and approval checks.
- Example
- A future owner could request a workstation task from a phone and approve the action.
Beyond AgentsPlanned
Fleet specifications and workflow design. A running multi-agent platform is not built.
Platform planning
- Why it exists
- Coordinated agents need clear responsibilities and rules for handing work to one another.
- How it helps
- The project documents proposed agent roles, shared contracts and workflow boundaries.
- Example
- Plan which specialist would research, implement and verify each part of a future workflow.
Offline Documentation SearchInternal tool
A local source-search utility. It retrieves documents rather than training or correcting a model.
Windows
- Why it exists
- An agent needs the original documentation instead of an unsupported recollection of it.
- How it helps
- Search an existing local documentation index on the CPU and retrieve the relevant source passages.
- Example
- Find the documented procedure before changing a workstation workflow.
