Why you cannot download yet

Our builds are finished and gated, but they are not yet signed with a publicly-trusted certificate. Windows would present them as an unknown publisher. We are not shipping software that teaches you to click past the warning that protects you. Releases open the day signing is in place.

Why we built it

This is the biggest thing we have going, and it started as frustration. The big accounting suites do very little for a small business owner except complicate the work.

  • Mountains of features nobody ever opens.
  • A serious monthly bill for the fraction you actually use.
  • A cap on how many companies you may add before you are moved to a higher tier.
  • Another cap on how many people can log in.

We wanted the part that matters and none of the tollgates. Quote the job. Bill the job. Know what it earned. Prove it afterwards. Add as many companies and people as the business actually has.

What it does

The 40% of the accounting suite you actually use.

Estimate, invoice, payment, one record A job stays a single continuous record instead of three disconnected tools that each need reconciling against the others.
Job cost profitability What a job actually earned once subcontractors and materials are counted. It is the number most small contractors never get to see.
Your companies are not a pricing tier You sign in with your own login and your companies live inside it. An admin adds as many as the business needs. Running six of them is a normal Tuesday here, not an upgrade prompt.
Neither are your users Add the people who need access. We are not going to charge you for your bookkeeper.
Books that hold up Every financial change is chained to the one before it, so altering a past entry breaks the chain and shows. That is what makes the books defensible when somebody asks.
Encrypted at rest Your ledger is not a plain file sitting in a documents folder.
Known limit

Still in active build. Not yet released outside internal use.

We list these because you will find them anyway. A limitation you learn about after paying is a defect in how we sold it to you.
