Send an estimate. Your client clicks Approve, the estimate turns into the invoice in front of them, and the pay buttons appear. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App.

What the job actually made

What a job actually earned once subcontractors and materials are counted. It is the number most small contractors never get to see.

Your bank, reviewed rather than guessed

Bank activity arrives for review and matching, and card payouts are matched to the sales they came from, so the same income is never counted twice.

Books that hold up

Nothing posted is ever overwritten. A correction sits beside the original, and every change made in Beyond Books is chained to the one before it, so altering the past shows.
