A job stays a single continuous record instead of three disconnected tools that each need reconciling against the others.
Job cost profitability
What a job actually earned once subcontractors and materials are counted. It is the number most small contractors never get to see.
Your companies are not a pricing tier
You sign in with your own login and your companies live inside it. An admin adds as many as the business needs. Running six of them is a normal Tuesday here, not an upgrade prompt.
Neither are your users
Add the people who need access. We are not going to charge you for your bookkeeper.
Books that hold up
Every financial change is chained to the one before it, so altering a past entry breaks the chain and shows. That is what makes the books defensible when somebody asks.
Encrypted at rest
Your ledger is not a plain file sitting in a documents folder.
