Currently serving six building departments

Miami Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Miami Gardens, Hialeah and Hallandale Beach. Turn on the ones you work in and filter the list by city. We add departments continuously and we take requests, so if you need one that is not on the list, ask.

It tells you what changed

Not just the current status, but the difference since last time, which is the only part you actually needed to know.

Checked on a schedule, and logged

Permits are rechecked every few minutes and every check is written to a signed audit trail. "We never got the email" cannot happen quietly.

A small, focused tool at a small price. No subscription for something this narrow.

Known limits

• Departments are added continuously. Cities on other portal systems, including Fort Lauderdale, Pompano, City of Miami and Miami-Dade County, are not covered yet. Requests are welcome and move up the queue.

Licensing

Beyond Permit Status uses the standard Beyond licence, with offline verification and self managed seats. See Licences and activation.
